DUTIES AND IMPORT TAXES

SHITIKA STUDIOS is not responsible any extra costs that may occur due to duties and import taxes outside of Norway. This is the customer's responsibility. Please contact your local post office for more information regarding any import taxes.

SHIPPING

All orders placed from Norway will be delivered by Bring Shipping. All orders placed outside of Norway will be handled through external shipping carriers such as DHL, UPS etc depending on the destination. You will receive an email when an order has been placed, as well as information about the shipping and delivery.

All orders and packages will be sent out with a tracking number to insure its security. If any of the jewellery has been damaged during transit please contact us as soon as possible ( max 3 days )so that we can resolve the issue sooner rather than later. Please allow 3-4weeks for your order to arrive, SHITIKA STUDIOS is a small and local brand based in Oslo, which means production time may take longer than average. For orders within Norway, allow 2-3weeks.
