Refund policy
We have a 14 day return policy, if the 14 days have been exceeded we unfortunately cannot do the return. However, you are always welcome to exchange it for another item that is the same price or higher than that purchased, or receive a gift card. The returned product must be in the same condition as it was received, we cannot accept used items, except for defected ones. It must also be returned in the same packaging.
Please send us an e-mail at info@shitikastudios.com and we can offer you the solutions. An exchange inquiry should be made no longer than 14 days from when the consumer has received the goods. Please note that certain types of items cannot be returned in any way, items such as custom, personalised products, sale items and gift cards, however do not hesitate if you have questions or concerns about your specific item, we will find always find a way for you. Damaged pieces through delivery can be returned and exchanged for another piece of jewellery, however, there must be proof given that it was received in an ill manner.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
